Returns and changes

In case of dissatisfaction with some product, you can give back it to change it, or we so reimbursed you the money in its totality by means of a purchase bond, whenever the product is not used and it stays in its original packing, has been received.
We will not changed products after 15 days after reception order. The expenses of shipment and collection, in the case of return will run to your position.
Before making the article return you have assured:

• The product is in perfect conditions, with its labels and their original packing, including documents of guarantee and instructions of use.
• Assured to send us perfectly packed. In case that the product arrives to us damaged due to an unsuitable packing or that does not contain all the mentioned original elements, the return will not be admitted.
• You will have to enclose tiquet of purchase as well as to facilitate your name, direction and telephone to us of contact. Previously to make the shipment, you will have to confirm it with our department of attention client who will inform you where to make the shipment and like identifying the package.
• The costs of transport of the return will be in charge of the client, except for cases due to an error of our part, or defects of manufacture. Once we receive the merchandise we will verify that all the requirements are fulfilled to thus be able to accept the return or change and send to bearings due the asked for material in return or to paid bearings, in case that the change becomes by a product of superior amount.
• In this case the merchandise made the payment of the difference plus the transport will be sent once.

We will not accept any return without tiquet of purchase.

Guarantee

• In case of dissatisfaction with some product, you can give back it (in a term of 15 days after the date of the reception of the order), to change it, or we reimbursed you the money in its totality by means of a purchase bond, whenever the product is not used and it stays in his original packing.
• All our products benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers from each one of our articles.
• The defects or flaws due to a use or incorrect manipulation of the product, as well as the wearing down produced by a normal use of the same one, is not included in this guarantee.
• If you detect some defect of manufacture, without limitation of time in which you bought it, you can send us the product with the transport costs to your position so that we inspect it. In case the product is defective, Olympia Esports guarantees the change of the product or the reimbursement to you of your money. For it you will have to send the product to us with the tiket purchase and later, previous verification of the manufacture defect, we will give back the amount to you of your purchase or we will replace the article to you.

Note: Due to their special fiscal regime, the purchases made by residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have to be paid by the buyer of the merchandise all the expenses of customs and the taxes of import that are not including in the price of the article nor in the one of the shipment. The prices indicated in our page Web are the prices that you will find in our stores in the Principality of Andorra but the corresponding Balearic expenses of send and taxes (Spain Peninsula and Portugal and France).

The prices are indicated in Euros and Olympia reserves all right to modify the sale prices, being able to be reviewed and to be modified if the conditions require it at any time.
